Channel catfish spawning season extends from late June until September and takes place around Bird Island, off Lincoln Beach and next to the Knolls. Bullheads (Mud Cats) spawn during the month of July. Walleye spawn from mid March to mid April in which they run up the Provo River. White bass begin schooling by mid April and spawn mid June near Bird Island and Lincoln Beach with Lincoln Beach being the primary spawning area.
